Appam is our traditional South Indian breakfast dish goes well with vegetable stew, coconut milk which is super healthy combo, kurma etc….
It contains healthy fats, carbohydrates, protein ,low in calories . Fermentation process produces probiotics that helps with digestion and balance gut flora.
Ingredients : pacha arisi, idly rice, urad dal, Fenugreek seeds, drinking water.
