Description
Methi paratha dough is made by combining whole wheat flour with finely chopped fresh fenugreek (methi) leaves, a pinch of salt, and water to form a soft dough. You can optionally add a little oil or ghee for extra softness. Knead the dough well until smooth, then let it rest for about 15-20 minutes before rolling it into parathas.
